Please read the following Terms & Conditions which outline our obligations to you and your responsibilities to us.
The following terms, client and guest all refer to you the traveler.
Bookings can be made by telephone or online. You can pay by bank transfer or cheque. A 25% deposit is required at the time of your booking and the full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to departure. Once we have received payment we will email you a receipt and confirmation. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to your departure date, cancellation is assumed.
We understand that sometimes plans change. So if, after you have made a booking, you wish to change your date of departure you can! An administrative fee of £35 is applicable. If you wish to change your flight departure or return date you will be subject to the Terms & Conditions of your travel agent.
If for any reason you need to cancel your trip but you have a friend who would like to take your place then the normal cancellation & booking policy is applicable. We cannot replace your original booking with another person.
